I have made several purchases from them and without fail all the staff, especially Ryan have treated me with the highest respect, and outstanding service!! They are my go to jewelry store for Diamonds!!! I would not shop anywhere else again! I have made purchases from Gensis Diamond, but never again. If something is wrong Ryan always makes it right. When me and my girlfriend went to get rings she found one she loved that was a bit out of our price range but they gave us a discount! Very unexpected but a welcome surprise. Fast forward a couple months. The garnet on the ring had fallen off while my girlfriend was asleep. They remember us and offer to have the garnet refitted at no cost. They go out of their way to help find exactly what you are looking for and have even spent time answering my kids questions so I could browse. Kris was super friendly and showed me the majority of the collections they had, while being very attentive and showing me options for the piece I was looking for. I started talking about my wedding ring and she offered clean it and adjust it right there. She was above and beyond for customer care. The store has a great selection for all occasions.
