  I have been with Merit insurance for almost 3 years. My agent is Pam Wilson and I have never had such a close relationship with an agent. She takes the time to actually find the products that fit your needs and budget. When I bought my condo I already had insurance within the monthly HOA. Pam explained that it would be beneficial to pickup an additional policy for my interior personal items. Not truly understanding the overall difference I agreed. Thank God, because I have just learned that there is a water leak inside the wall affecting the slab and that my entire foyer, kitchen, and guest bath would have to be dug up for the repairs. The HOA is finding reasons to deny the claim because it is a water line issue although the builder failed to seal the line correctly. I called my alternate policy American Commerce and needless to say they have sent out an adjuster and I am covered! I still have a few issues to resolve however because Pam took the time to recommend the additional coverage I will not have to fork out thousands of dollars for repairs. Merit Insurance covers my home and Auto and now I see that I will be doing additional policies with them in the future... Thanks for caring Pam!

  I would not do business with this company.I called to get a quote on my business and they wanted me to give them a number on how much I would do for the year for workers comp. I explained to her that this is a new business so How would I know?? She said we dont need your business and hung up the phone.. Wow how can this place be in business..
